Intec’s President and GM, Brian Crossan, founded the company in 1998. His 30 year background in manufacturing and engineering along with his post graduate education, has given him the tools to create a solid business. Having had the opportunity to become involved with all aspects of the business, Brian has created a strong and cohesive team and a winning philosophy:

“Exceed the customer’s expectations and treat them with respect, honor and trust. Treat your employees and suppliers as if they were part of your family and develop them to become the best that they can be. Keep the company running hard and lean and reinvest back into the business and its’ people.”

Our engineering and management team work closely together with our machine builders and machine shop for a seamless transition of concept through design and into manufacturing. Meetings and presentations are not limited to the conference rooms and often times take place out on the shop floor. Our mechanical designers are seasoned and experienced having spent their early years on the drafting board, advancing through 2D auto-cad and for the last several years creating successful 3D design models using Solid Works and Inventor.

Our Electrical and Controls Engineers are hands on, straightforward, pragmatic and always design and program with the end user in mind. Helping develop and understand our customer’s requirements is a big deal to us and we put a significant effort into the quoting and concept phases of a project.

Our office staff handles everything from reception to accounting, purchasing and scheduling, shipping and receiving, and they’ll even go get lunch if you ask them to.

Intec’s specialty is conceptualizing, designing and building assembly machines for complex products. We are excellent at feeding and moving pieces and parts through a wide variety of assembly and finishing operations.
