Unlike many custom machine builders, Intec Automation offers engineering and fabrication all under one roof. Our 20,000 sq. ft. facility allows us to have a physical separation of engineering, fabrication and build while maintaining a virtual integration of these different disciplines.
   
   
Custom and specialty machines require custom machined parts. At Intec Automation, we have the capability of satisfying 99% of our own machining and fabrication needs.
   
   
As a result, Intec Automation has built a full-service machine shop including CNC and machining centers and an extensive inventory of tooling and Inspection equipment. Machine design software interfaces with CNC machining software to create a seamless transition from design to custom part production.

buying the equipment necessary to produce our products and services. Our capabilities range from: CNC and manual milling and turning, grinding, cutting, blasting and deburring. Intec also owns a wide range of inspection equipment including surface plates, height gages, indicators, verniers, micrometers and optical comparators which allow us to inspect and test to maintain the highest standard of precision and quality.
   
   
Intec Automation keeps significant inventories of stock for fabrication including all types of steel, plastic and aluminum, including aluminum extrusion for the fabrication of machine frames and guarding.
   
   
We designed and built our own custom CNC cut-off saw to use internally for fast and accurate cutting of frame work and stock.
   
   
Intec also provides machine frames of welded construction from rugged structural steel tubing. We have many partners nearby that provide us with a variety of coating services including anodize, nickel, chrome, plasma and painting both wet spray and powder coating.
