FOB Inline Finishing Machine Utilizing Intec’s Linear Transfer Plate Technology Processes
high-tech electronic security tokens through a series of finishing operations. The mechanical motion of the
transfer plate works in conjunction with the lifting cylinders to advance the FOB from inbound bulk stacks to
outbound finished mandrels. Incorporates vision systems, PCB board programming, laser engraving and capping.
Places a finished FOB into the outbound stacks every 5 seconds. Incorporates PC and PLC control. Frames of
brushed aluminum extrusions.
Bulk feeding in and out of the machine with stacking mandrels, lifting elevators and rotary tables produces a
system that requires an operator only once per hour to re-load the inbound stacks and remove saleable product from the
outbound stacks and into shipping cartons. Invoice your customer before you receive a bill for the raw material.
High quality actuators and precision machined details. Pick and place in and out with a gripper attached to a
precision guided cylinder, mounted to a magnetically coupled rodless cylinder. Machine vision system for inspection
followed by a "trap door" reject station to discard defective raw material before programming.
Rotary acuator and gripper flips part over to orient part for programming. Lifting cylinders present parts
to the processing operation above while the transfer plate jogs back to start the next advancement of product.
High quality banks of valves and manifolds provide smooth and reliable pneumatic motion control.
