Automatic Drilling Machine. Bulk feeds a variety of metal pins used to produce chain links and automatically performs a variety of machining operations and a final inspection. Built-in and self- contained flood coolant and chip control create a true custom machining center.  
   
 Inline Assembly Machine. Feeds electronic security tokens (FOBS) through a series of finishing operations. Programming, capping, laser engraving, labeling and inspection are executed using Intec’s “Linear Transfer Plate” motion platform. See our sample video on our home page for this machine in action. Intec uses this mechanical platform for a variety of projects in other industries.
   
 Large Web Handling Systems for specialty printing companies. Includes custom modules that execute specific functions to enhance print quality. Material is controlled, guided and treated with tension transducers, curing and wash stations, and doctor blades. Built-in hoists and hinged roller assemblies enable quick and easy cleaning and changeover.
   
 Fluid Dispensing Robot. Retrieves and dispenses Bio-Medical fluids for laboratory testing to speed up the development of anti-dotes and antibiotic medicine. A five axis Cartesian robot carries a nine station fluid valve bank. Custom software enables the lab tech to quickly and accurately execute a variety of different formulations.
   
 Needle Welding Machine. Retrieves a variety of surgical needles from the manufacturer’s equipment and places them into an Intec Needle Welder. Needles are oriented, inspected, welded onto a metal carrier and wound into a spool for further processing.  
   
 Tape Application Machine. Automatically applies two sided foam acrylic tape to plastic automotive trim and body panels. This particular machine tapes an entire car set of roof ditch moldings in 12 seconds. Intec designs and builds a variety of tape application equipment for the automotive and window industries.
   
 Robotic Adhesion Promoter. Applies adhesion promoter or glue to a variety of parts. Smart nesting detects part presence and the robot skips empty nests. Three axis Cartesian robot carries a precision dispensing valve. Custom software allows the user to program the machine for new parts and motion profiles. A perfect piece of capital equipment for the right user.
   
 Stick Gluer. Automatically dispenses glue and assembles transformer cores before the windings are installed. Glues and applies sticks to a variety of core tubes. Custom expanders slide over the center mandrel and support the tube ID’s. Custom software allows parameter input to assemble different stick counts to a variety of tube diameters.  
   
 Programmable Thermo-forming Presses. Intec designs and produces a wide variety of presses for thermo-forming, laminating, hot-stamping and assembly. Pressing power plants can be hydraulic, air-over-oil or servo powered for precise and variable applications. Our expertise with design, tooling and temperature control gives us an advantage in the custom press market. These presses were manufactured for a German Medical company and are used to thermo-form a variety of surgical patches.
