Four Head Tape Application Machine
Applies two sided foam acrylic tape to automotive thermoplastic body panels. Linear positioning of the parts with servo motion control. Tape disconnect cuts on the part, between parts and in mid air. Dispenses level wound rolls or bobbins for reduced downtime associated with change over. Part presence sensing makes this machine intelligent. Can tape entire car sets or any combination of partial car sets. Tapes an entire car set of body side panels in less than 15 seconds. User friendly HMI with layered menus, machine self diagnostics and touch screen.
