Sam Rodriguez

Sam has over 30 years of HR experience across multiple industries and countries. His unique background as a Forensic Psychologist makes him a perfect fit for understanding human behavior and enabling our team from a People Team Leader perspective. Sam aims to help employees find a clearly defined career path to complement each person’s skill set. As People Team Leader; he is in charge of the day-to-day operations of all HR functions and processes. He provides strategic support to site leadership along with talent development, succession planning, and recruitment. Sam’s Manager said, “Sam has had the exposure and experience instilling the values of #TruelyHumanLeadership across other organizations. He works directly with the Intec team daily to support the organization's continued growth.” Outside of work, Sam is a family man. When he’s not working he is spending time with his son, his wife, and two beautiful grandchildren. He enjoys traveling the world, cooking a variety of cuisines, and of course spoiling the grandkids!
