Kate Crossan

Kate is the “Intec Champion” for any customer needs post-shipment; from parts, field service, training, remote support, machine upgrades, documentation and warranty. Kate has been with Intec since 2009 and has worked within many areas of the business. She is extremely familiar with the equipment, business operations and customers. She says “understanding the importance of Intec’s equipment and making sure it stays up and running as efficiently as possible is key, along with providing customers with a quick response time.” Kate enjoys building long-lasting partnerships with customers and ensuring they know that they can rely on her to help with whatever they need to support the equipment. When Kate is not working hard at Intec, you will find her enjoying the outdoors year-round. She is a lifelong equestrian, with one horse named Winston. She also has two dogs, Honey and Lily, who love to live life alongside Kate paddle boarding, swimming, and running the ATV trails. Intec is lucky to call Kate part of the team! She is a valuable piece in making Intec Automation run as smoothly as it does day in and day out.
