Here is a case study video from a tier-1 medical manufacturer discussing the impacts of reliable service and support that Intec Automation provided for their projects. In this video we discuss a recent cannula-forming operation project where this medical device manufacturer converted a manual operation to an automated operation, creating a massive impact on their output and overall process. Below We have transcribed the text from the video as well.
They have been impeccable. They have always been very quick to respond if we have any questions which is nice to have at hand. Instructions are sent and if there is anything we are unsure of we could either call them or email them and they answer within a short time. With the time difference from our country to their country as soon as they get in within minutes of them being at work, they are responding with answers. They are very, very helpful and very supportive. They give you the good and the bad, they don’t try to hide anything. They are very forward with their information. There are plenty of meetings and regular meetings with us, and if any questions pop up, we ask and they respond quickly. They’ve been a very good partner for us, I think it’s fantastic.
