John A. Weismantel

John is the Vice President and Engineering Manager at Intec Automation. His primary role is to ensure organization with an increased focus on the engineering team. He strives to meet the needs of all customers by making sure the capacity and capabilities are aligned and continuously improving. John says the best part of his job is, “providing our customers with high value solutions. Creating innovative and complete machine designs and developing long lasting relationships with both Intec employees and our wonderful customers.” John enjoys sharing his knowledge and watching the teams grow. He is proud to have been given the opportunity to leverage an established engineering team and further improve the level of quality and performance that matches and exceeds the ever increasing demands of our customers. John says it is very rewarding to see the benefits our customers are realizing as a direct result of our team's hard work. When John is not working hard at Intec he enjoys spending time with his wife, Abby and their two sons, Ben and Cam. As a family, they embrace adventurous outdoor time riding ATVs and dirt bikes, camping, fishing and playing with their dogs. John’s happy place is his garage. He loves getting to create, maintain and sometimes even break toys all while listening to music. Cooking, working on house and outdoor projects are also on John’s list of hobbies. He yearns to learn as much as he can and strives to live a fulfilling and enlightening life.
